Meet Toufic Simaan
Mr. Simaan is the President and Owner of Simaan Real Estate, a commercial real estate investment, development, and brokerage company located in Orlando, Florida. With over twenty years of multi-dimensional experience in commercial real estate as a broker and principal in management, investments, sales and leasing, Mr. Simaan offers fully-integrated real estate services to owners, investors, developers and tenants of commercial investment properties and single-tenant NNN properties. Additionally, Mr. Simaan has been involved in several successful real estate partnerships that acquired value-added industrial assets, retail assets, development projects and distressed notes.
He began his career as a Senior Analyst with ExxonMobil Corporation, specializing as a SAP systems administrator and working as part of a global team that spanned across Singapore, Germany, Brazil, Budapest, and the U.S. In 2006, Mr. Simaan transitioned into the commercial real estate industry, when he joined the National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap, advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide. He co-founded Silo Group in 2009 and, in his capacity as Partner, provided commercial real estate advisory services to and worked exclusively for some of the region’s most prominent real estate developers, private equity funds, institutions, and private investors.
Mr. Simaan served on the Board of Directors of Valencia Foundation for the past nine years and as a member of the Real Estate Committee for the Catholic Diocese of Orlando. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Simaan graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s degree from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
He is married with two sons.
